Having Issues upgrading your Rank?

If you've changed your username since your Rank Purchase. You will have to DM Dank420Girl on discord with your old username and your new username so it can be updated
Because Dank Prison supports bedrock store purchases username changes are not automatic.

You have to be online on the server to receive what you have paid for. Purchasing while offline will give items next time you login.
Most purchases usually come through between 1 to 10 minutes. If your purchase still hasn't come through for you within this amount of time please DM Dank420Girl on Discord (Fastest Response Time), or email [email protected], leave a post on the Dank Prison Forums.
